This is where integration comes into play. The ability to take what you have learned in phases 1-4 and integrate it in your movement or activity of choice. You’ll have natural tendencies that will just come back when you return to it if you don’t continue to re-train those habits.

I want to be clear, strength and activation will get you a looooong ways, and lightyears ahead of most people, but if we’re looking for vibrant longevity, integration is where it is at.

THE HARDEST PART ABOUT INTEGRATION IS GETTING COMFORTABLE WITH BEING BAD AT THINGS YOU TAKE PRIDE IN
